Palita's journey is as captivating as her food. A second-generation Thai and self-taught cook, she spent her childhood summers immersed in the riverside culture of Thailand, absorbing traditional cooking techniques and flavors. This deep connection to her heritage shines through in every dish.
Pink Salt has transformed over time, from a food hall favorite to a sought-after pop-up series, and now thrives as a supper club and dinner series hosted at exciting venues across Chicago. You might find Pink Salt popping up at Soho House, Blind Barber, or even Lululemon!
