Subtle Haus is a unique coworking space in Chicago, designed specifically for creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Every corner is crafted to support your professional vision, you'll find the perfect mix of style and function, along with a community that sparks collaboration.

Memberships & Offerings

Luxurious living room with beige tufted couches, large ornate mirror, glass coffee table, decorative plants, light beige curtains, and large windows.

  • Includes:

    • 1 guest pass per month

    • Member entry to events

    • Podcast studio rental

    • Photography studio rental (2 hour max/day)

    • Access to In-Haus photographer

    $585 per month with annual contract

  • Includes:

    • Full access for 2 people

    • Members and plus 1 entry for events

    • 4 guest passes per month

    • Podcast studio rental

    • Photography studio rental (2 hour max/day)

    • Access to In-Haus photographer

    $1,066 per month with annual contract

  • Includes:

    • Full access for 3 people

    • Member and plus 1 for entry for events

    • 6 guest passes per month

    • Podcast studio rental

    • Photography studio rental (2 hour max/day)

    • Access to In-Haus photographer

    • $1,500 annual event rental credit for Annual Business Members only

    $1,500 per month with annual contract

  • Includes:

    • Access to booking Monday-Friday.

    • 2x two-hour podcast booking sessions per month for up to 3 people (2 hosts + guest).

      *Sessions must booked 48 hours in advance. 

    • 1x 30-minute branding shoot per quarter

      *Includes 5 professionally edited photos

    This tier does not have access to space outside the quarterly branding shoot and bi-monthly recording sessions.

    $300 Month (3-Month Commitment required)
